 بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم ﴿

Here is an excerpt from Ru’oos at-Tawagith by the Eminent Sheikh Bishr ibn Fahd al-Bishr

My beloved brothers/sisters. Every person who calls for a capitalist materialistic system that is in contradiction with Islam is a Taghoot. Every person who slanders Islam and doesn’t see the Shari’ah as complete, mocks it, whether it was in an article, a book, a Tv-show, on stage of a theatre, in private or in public, joking or serious, this person is a Taghoot and a Kaafir.

Every person who publishes a book, or spreads an article, or co-operates at a media-station in a slander campaign against Islam, the Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم), or the Ayaat (signs) of Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) this person is a Taghoot and a preacher of misguidance/falsehood.Every person who fights Islam in what way whatsoever, every person who rebels against the Case of Allah (i.e Islam), with his tongue, deeds or wealth, this person is a Taghoot and a rebellious Shaytaan, whether from the Human Shayateen or the Djinn.

It becomes an obligatory on every single Muslim to hate it and to declare Bara’a (enmity, hatred, distance) against it, also a person should declare his disbelief towards it (Yakfur Bih) show his enmity against it for the Sake of Allah en fight it (i.e Jihad) if they are capable of it.

The second head of the Tawageeth is the one who’s worshipped besides Allah and he’s pleased with it. Whether he’s been worshipped during his life or after he died, if he’s pleased with it. We can classify some of the Imams of the Sufi’s and their extremists who are worshipped besides Allah and pleased with it, and are quiet about it.

It’s even worse; they call their disciples and followers to worship them, and ask them (for help) in time of need, and to travel and make Tawaf around their graves.

We can also classify (as a Taghoot) all the legislators, whom are legislating laws that contradict the Religion of Allah Ta’ala. Like the members of the parliament, or the oppressive rulers who legislate in contradiction to the Book of Allah and the Sunna of His messenger (صلى الله عليه و سلم).

So those people call people to worship them, since they are giving themselves attributes and names that belong to Allah’s Ruboobiyah (Lordship). And that is Legislating (because Allah Ta’ala says):{“Legislation is not but for Allah. He has commanded that you worship not except Him.”} [Quran 12:40]

We can also classify those who call the people to worship him, this people are also from the heads of Taghoot, even if he’s not been worshipped.  Amongst those who call for Ghuloo (extremism) and approve it both with the living as well as the dead.  Like the Mashayikh of misguidance, about some of them is narrated that he was encouraging his followers to visit his grave and to ask him if he was in need of anything.

This person is like Fir’awn (the pharaoh) who said to his people: {“And Pharaoh said, “O eminent ones, I have not known you to have a god other than me.”} [Quran 28:38]

وآخر دعوانا أنِ الحمد لله ربِّ العالمين ﴿
